Arianna Rowland, 10, smiles as she meets Batman during a visit to Spectrum Health Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. Arianna is being treated for acute lymphoblastic leukemia. (Taylor Ballek | Spectrum Health Beat)
Patients’ faces lit up as they saw the The Dark Knight of MI pull into Circle Drive in his Batmobile on Friday afternoon.
One patient battling leukemia was particularly excited to see Batman. The excited 10-year-old Arianna Rowland gasped as she saw Batman walk toward her. “Hi Batman!” Arianna exclaimed.
Batman took a knee to be on her level and asked how she was doing.
Patients, family and staff members took photos with Batman and enjoyed a fun afternoon visit from the super hero in black.
DOES IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? BATMAN…YOU ARE AWESOME! THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS 💝
